Lenworth Johnson: Responsible for developing the business plan. An Attorney-at-Law and accountant, he has the responsibility for delegating the organizational tasks that were required to start the project. His goal now is to see Crusader Radio become a leader in the media marketplace.
Conrad Pole: Crusader Radio, Station Manager has a degree in Business Administration and is experienced in Marketing, Sales, Banking and Public Relations. Had the crucial organizational task that was required to start the project and see it through to its completion. He has the responsibility for the technical and administrative aspects of the station. Conrad’s primary function now is to guide Crusader Radio through its embryonic stages. His other responsibilities include staffing, programming and new business development
Joseth Cornwall:  JC as she is popularly known is the Assistant to the Station Manager and is involved with the day to day running of the office. Some of her administrative duties include preparing proposals for advertising, payroll, and customer support. JC also doubles as a news presenter, and is part of the production team of the Rise & Shine show, and the voice you will hear in “Ah Wha a Gwan” community notices.

William Dorsett: William “Rhythm” Dorsett. Who would have thought that an early morning Gospel Music Program Pioneered by his Brother would have started an intensifying career in Radio.
William, Pro Musician/Drummer/Producer, debuted on SunFM in 1997 with his Signature Contemporary Gospel mix. The program featured Gospel Music and Industry News and took his Weekday Gospel Music Program and Weekend Top 20 Count Down to Observer Radio in 2002.
William, after receiving hands on training from Observer Radio’s Julian Rogers shared the Microphone with Julian for the 1st Segment of “Wake Up Caribbean”.
On a trip to California William performed with names such as Andre’ & Sandra Crouch, Darren Hayes of Savage Garden, Shannon Hurley, and the Joseph Tobin Band.
Returning back to Antigua, William is the first voice you will hear on Crusader Radio with his unique Gospel Mix on his Ostentatious “Morning Glory” “Will” as he is popularly known, co-hosts the popular Morning Show “Rise & Shine” with host Colin O’Neal.

Colin O’Neal: Popularly know as the “Buffalo Soldier” because of his big heart and his fearlessness. He is the driving force behind the Rise & Shine show, the most popular morning radio show in Antigua & Barbuda.
Colin got his start in radio and informatics at Cable & Wireless, a global telecommunications company where he worked as a radio/telephone operator for some 20 years. After several years, realizing that he could not showcase his many talents at Cable & Wireless he decided to become a part of the Grenville Radio team as the “Morning Man” on Sun Radio.
Presently, Colin is teamed up with a former co-worker from Grenville Radio, William Dorsett who now works here at Crusader Radio.
Colin O’Neal has completely revolutionized the traditional morning show format in Antigua/Barbuda with his wit, humor, political savvy by adding a touch of the local dialect in a unique innovative style. His bold leadership and confrontational style shook up the airwaves that resulted in a huge following and great success for Crusader Radio. He credits the Station Manager for giving him the freedom and leverage to do his own thing.

Theolinda Charles: The first person you will meet when you visit Crusader Radio Station. She is warm, friendly and enthusiastic young lady, highly motivated, never watches the clock, and is always willing to assist with numerous tasks.

Colin Sampson: Colin Sampson comes to CRUSADER RADIO 107.5 FM by way of OBSERVER RADIO 91.1 FM, where he formed part of the pioneering team who launched that revolutionary radio station in 2001.
Colin first made his impact as producer of the super-popular Voice of the People show, with Winston Derrick. As the Voice of the People phenomenon developed, Colin gradually emerged from behind the scenes, eventually filling in as an equally popular relief host to Winston Derrick.
Colin’s on-air appeal comes from a veritable arsenal of talents, not least among them his deep, chocolatey, yet surprisingly flexible, voice.
In addition to this God given gift, however, Colin is blessed with a keen intellect, formidable powers of analysis, acerbic wit, and an engaging personality.
All this is further enhanced by a lifelong lust for wide reading, reinforced by a keen interest in world history and current affairs.
Drawing upon this rich resource base, Colin brings a unique and wide-ranging perspective – and a special flavour - to his on-air performance as host of CRUSADER RADIO’s flagship talk show, the POWERZONE program.
Michael Joseph: As the main producer/engineer at Crusader Radio, Michael has an ear and eye for “near perfection” and brings to Crusader Radio a wealth of Telecommunications experience having worked at Cable & Wireless for over 10 years. He is the producer of Turning Point, PowerZone, Character Counts, One Caribbean and Face-to-Face. “I love listening to Crusader Radio 107.5 fm” and the tag line “Jus Listen” by JC is one of my favorite station ID’s.
He tries to make sure that any commercial or promotional material that is produced by the station embodies that quality.
Atiya Fabian: Atiya Fabian is Crusader Radio’s newest member of staff, and brings with her over two years experience in the journalism filed.
She was formerly employed at the Daily Observer Newspaper, where she covered news and reports within the court and police arena.
Atiya is presently undergoing training for the position of evening News Editor, and is responsible for collecting and compiling news articles for the national, regional, international and sporting segments.
She is also a member of Bolans Wesleyan Holiness Steel Orchestra and the South Coast Optimist
David George: Brings to Crusader Radio over 20 years of technical experience in the broadcasting industry. As Chief Broadcast Engineer, he is responsible for ensuring that the entire broadcast system is always in a state of readiness.
Colin JnoFinn: Collin Jno-Finn began his journalism career at the Daily Observer newspaper, shortly after completing a two-year course of study at the Antigua State College-A Level Department, back in 1997.

Jno-Finn’s passion for meeting new people, learning new skills and bringing updated and balance information to the public are just some of the driving forces that keeps him in this highly challenging and demanding field.

Since employed as a journalist, he has had the opportunity to freelance and work with a number of print and broadcast organizations such as, the Daily Observer, Grenville Radio Ltd, the Montserrat Reporter and as a correspondent for the now defunct, Caribbean Gospel Network news agency, which was based in Miami, Florida.

His quest to acquire addition information has taken him to several Caribbean islands for training. These include Jamaica, where he pursued one month training at the CARIMAC, which is the media section for the University of the West Indies Mona Campus, Jamaica. Other training has taken him to Washington’s Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies, where training was done in media and government related issues and planning.

William Thomas: William “Zeze” Thomas is a seasoned radio broadcaster with 19 years experience in the business. He was once the Assistant Programme Director at ZDK Radio Station in Antigua.

Zeze received his training in radio in Venezuela and Canada, and is also a Calypso writer, singer and a Tent MC. He is well known for his popular radio “Drive Time” show where he played a variety of popular Soca and Calypso music.

Zeze joined Crusader Radio in September 2003, and the Station Manager, recognizing his many talents, decided to get him involved with the voicing of commercials and special production work.

He also assist the Sales Department in generating new business when Crusader has special sales promotions and events.

Valerie Harris-Pole: Valerie Harris-Pole, a Journalist by profession, is employed in the Office of the Leader of the Opposition as a Senior Researcher and Special Assistant to the Opposition Leader, Honourable Baldwin Spencer.

A volunteer at Crusader Radio. Valerie is the Weekend News Editor whose responsibilities include writing and presenting national, regional and international news packages and also sports.

Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree in the Arts and a Master’s in Communication, and brings to Crusader Radio a wealth of experience after working for over a decade as an Associate Editor for the leading Caribbean/American magazine “Everybody’s Magazine” in New York, and as the former Assistant Editor of the Antigua “Herald” newspaper.

Hezekiah Lewis: Hezekiah brings to Crusader Radio many years of journalistic experience communicating with the Caribbean people both as an educator and as one who publishes many articles in the national media.
His keen awareness of the importance of history, his deep sense and dedication with interest in the unity of the Caribbean, combined with a passion for national, regional and international affairs and everything Caribbean, makes him the ideal personality to host the only radio programme of its kind in the region.
Hezekiah is witty and has a provocative style. He is a champion for the present needs of the Caribbean people and as he says on every programme, “One People, One Nation, One Caribbean.”
Edith Oladele: Along with Hezekiah Lewis, Edith Oladele co-hosts “ONE CARIBEAN” and comes to the show with a strong desire to see a united Caribbean.
Having experienced, as a teenager, both the exciting, heady days of the young Federation of the West Indies as well as the crushing disappointment of its disintegration, which she believes has created a vacuum in the people’s psyche, Edith sees “One Caribbean” as offering an avenue towards rejuvenating the vision of a viable, sustainable Caribbean entity – One Caribbean.
Edith’s 20 years affiliation with the United Caribbean Christian Movement explains her quiet, yet passionate persistence in putting forward to the listeners to the “One Caribbean programme, that given our history, Caribbean people hold a key position in God’s plan for the nations of the world, and this call will be fully manifested as the islands of the sea acknowledge him as Creator and Lord to seek Caribbean transformation through the infusion of Biblical principles in the family.
